Australia

Shipping is via Sendle or Australia Post. Your shipping rate will be calculated at the checkout. This will depend on your location and the size and weight of your order.

Once full payment has been received please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a few days for your order to arrive as delivery times will vary.

Please ensure that all delivery details are correct during checkout. Hey Lenny is not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly from information provided to us by you. Shipping charges will apply for orders that are re-sent due to incorrect information. 

To ensure safe delivery, a signature is required upon receipt where possible. If you choose to ‘LEAVE AT DOOR’ you take full responsibility for missing parcels. I will endeavour to help provide all the delivery details, however it will be your responsibility to follow up with the delivery service. You can leave a note at the checkout with any specific delivery instructions.

International Shipping

For international orders please email me to arrange a custom quote. Please be aware that some countries may charge local taxes, customs and/or duties. These charges are not included in your purchase and are to be paid by the customer.

Packaging

I take great care in packaging your purchase safely and ensure all pieces are checked before leaving the studio. Wherever possible I use recycled packaging, including bubble wrap and boxes. I encourage you to reuse and recycle packaging once your order arrives.
